We experienced a failure with Database 2, which resulted in the loss of all discussions, to-do items, and livery requests. Upon attempting to recover from a backup, I discovered that the backups had not been functioning properly, unlike those for Database 1.
I sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused and greatly appreciate your support of MyBusTimes during this time.
